It wasn't Terrence’s fault that he had been born with good looks, while Glenn had been born plain. He had tried, in fact, to help his friend out in these matters from time to time, though Glenn did not seem to appreciate his advice. Not only was Glenn ugly (not to put too fine a point on the matter), he also had no sense of style. Just look at him—a single guy out on a Friday night dressed in oil-stained jeans, and the uniform shirt that he had worn all day while doing oil changes and brake jobs.
