Eleven Miles of Night: Reading #55:

"..He noticed another headstone with a stylized design that would look good on film. It was a bas-relief of a cherub. The little angel looked like something that would become Valentine’s Day kitsch in the modern era; but Jason suspected that the people who had placed the tombstone here had chosen the cherub with very specific intentions in mind. And sure enough, this was the grave of an infant, per the inscription below the sculpture..."
